If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item must be <strong>unused<\/strong>, in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> received, and in the <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipt or proof of purchase is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-returnable items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Partial refunds may be granted if:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Books show obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, video games, or software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items damaged, not in original condition, or missing parts (not due to our error)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns made after 30 days from delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once received and inspected, we will email you approval or rejection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Late \/ Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your card provider or bank (processing times vary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If still unresolved, email us at <strong><a>orders@cgshop.co.za<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only regular-priced items may be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sale\/discounted items cannot be refunded.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We replace items only if defective or damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email <strong><a>orders@cgshop.co.za<\/a><\/strong> to request an exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gifts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive store credit equal to the return value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping fees are non-refundable.
